to buy or not to buy?
went shopping today. yeah.. again.. =p
i bought a very sexy red halter dress. haha! like it lots!
hmm, gonna find a good and suitable occasion to wear it.

I am struggling whether to buy this silk top or not. as its price is rather expensive. and i had bought the red dress already..
hence, took a pic first, look at it everyday, and take my time to decide...

May we all live long long
This article is what I receive from a friend. I am not sure if all that is shared is accurate. However, I did hear from some others who read up on what the body does and how the liver function and they are similar to what is being shared here. May you find it helpful as we bear in mind about not keeping late nights and skipping breakfast.
The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late is the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives,food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver.Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts.Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store. We should prevent this without necessarily spending more.
We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."
Because:
Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system(lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent byrelaxing or listening to music. If during this time a Housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes Or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.
Evening at 11pm - 1am : is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 1 - 3am : de-toxification process in the gall,also ideally done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 3 - 5am : de-toxification in the lungs.Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had Reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough Medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7am : de-toxification in the colon,you should empty your bowel.
Morning 7 - 9am : absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time.
Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick.
Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10am rather than no meal at all.

Aside from that,midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

2005 Valentine's day
今年的情人节如去年一样,仍旧是单身。
哈哈!没“耕耘”怎么会有“收获”呢?
今天有男性友人约我出来吃吃饭,喝喝咖啡,但我意兴阑珊。婉拒了。
也有女性朋友为我着急,要在今天帮我介绍几个男性朋友,
“他们事业稳固,家世清白,人品不错,还拥有美国知名大学的硕士学历,最主要的是,他们想“婚”了。”朋友兴奋地说。
呵呵!连这也都打听好了。
但怎么我就是提不起劲来拓展我的社交圈呢?最后仍是没去。
依然窝在我最舒服的环境里,做我自己喜欢做的事。

朋友生气了。

对啊。她说的也没错。
学日语,参加 NTU string orchestra 拉violin, 练练钢琴,练练舞,陪妈妈逛逛街,偶尔看看电影,和朋友家人去户外照照相等。。。没有一项是拓展关系的。但我却乐在其中。
对于追求爱情,我算是孤僻加自闭吧。
hmm... 也许该检讨了。
去年的今日,送我玫瑰花的人,他今年要结婚了。
在祝福他的同时,不禁也有少许的感伤;
别人怎么可以那么轻松地找到执手到老的人?
他们又何以确定,他们就是属于彼此的?
情人节,难免牵动了些许无可奈何的情绪。
一切随缘!
就让我在这天地之间自由地旋转吧!

人怕寂寞

今天無意在電視上聽到陶子說的一段話,她說無論我們在外如何的廣結善緣, 認識了許多不同的朋友,接觸了許多有趣的事,到最後回到自己的房間裡回到自己的窩又發現,其實我們最後也只有自己而已 就像我們當初來到這個世界上一樣,只有自己而已,
原來,人是孤單的
然後,在害怕之餘,不斷的看著答錄機,想有沒有人打電話來留言
不斷的注意手機,想有沒有人傳簡訊來,
沒有 ..... 所以又陷入一個又一個的寂寞裡
你也曾經這樣嗎?
我不懂陶子的世界,但我懂這樣的無奈
也許,現在的陶子很寂寞吧!
所以才在她的新歌中唱出這樣的無奈
曲終人散時,你都在做什麼呢?
一直努力地把自己的生活添滿, 然而,我們真的在這種生活中得到了滿足嗎? 不斷的上班下班上課下課,看似忙碌的生活 總會在失去某一方,在多出的空白中,感到莫名的空洞.
然後, 又開始尋找新的事物,使自己忙碌
說穿了,我們只是不想面對自己,或說不敢
嗯, 是不敢。
不敢面對自己,不敢承認自己沒人緣~ 哈,沒人緣
其實我們都有許多的朋友,不同的朋友給我們不同的感受。
可能你會遇到和你個性不同的人,你看到了你所沒有的東西, 所以你想從他身上發現不同的自己, 可能你會遇到和你相同的人,因為太像了, 所以完全瞭解他的所作所為,不會懷疑。可能你會遇到和你完全契合的人,不用太多言語, 就能知道對方在想什麼。可能你會遇到和你完全不合的人 因為太不同了,所以怎麼都覺得不對。
這些人,他們,又有多少可以真的和你談心呢?
或該說,你願意和他們談到多深呢?
有時候,真的只是願不願意而已。

原本我在试着照它,灯光很暗,camera setting 调得很辛苦。
忽然,它爬到木头的最前端,面向我们站着,双手就开始“拜”了起来!
哈哈哈!好可爱哟!
在我旁边的日本老太太也笑得好开心~
在它拜年的一霎那,flash从各个角度闪来。(呵呵,这是我们的杰作啦。。哦,那里是允许闪光的)
顿时仿佛成为明星了,但它好像没那么开心;不但没有要到任何吃的,惨叫一声后,马上跑去躲了起来。我看它可能暂时盲了吧……
rh 照到了“拜年”的前两个动作,而 daniel 照到的是手放下来的时候。
可惜,我照得不成功。

我觉得它们长得象兔子,看了看介绍,有点惊讶,

真是太好啦!
好时光不可留白,马上同 daniel 和朋友一起去动物园“射” 些动物喽!
上个礼拜被 Sentosa 的太阳晒到脱皮,这次我可全副武装;防晒油厚厚地给他涂上去~
但又失算了,今天的太阳不算强,下午时分居然还了大雨。
整身粘粘的,不舒服。
在 R.H. 大队长的带领下,我们往9点钟方向,前进 treetops trail, 然后。。。

接下来,我就忘记了.....
反正印象中就是跟着走就对了
走走、看看、停停、摄摄,基本上就是这样啦~
我发现,我需要个单脚架。回家一看,照的照片放大到一定程度以上,就模糊了。

in the evening, family and i went to grand plaza parkroyal hotel for buffet.
cos now is still chinese new year period, hence the price is still high; $45+++ per person.
but no choice, dad just touch down in singapore today~and will be flying back on coming wed. so soon...
he has arranged to dine with diff frds each day. therefore we will be eating out big meals everyday starting from tonight.

frustrated with work

no mood
no mood!!
No mood to set exam papers! cannot be too difficult, cannot be too easy, cannot include the words which were not taught in text book... so much restrictions!
sitting in from of comp for almost 1 hour already, yet still struggling with the first section....
and i need to hand this in by mon..
damn! i dread such times. times such as setting papers, checking files & books, and SEM.
it makes me go mad
